What sets MetacarpEdge apart?
💪 Unlevel Edge - maximizes muscle recruitment by matching the height of the edge to the length of each finger, training each finger in a biomechanically advantageous and safe position.

Default Specifications
• Sizes - HV and LV
• HV - designed to fit larger hands (male glove sizes medium to large, female glove sizes large to XL).
• LV - designed to fit smaller hands (female glove sizes extra small to medium, male glove sizes extra small to small).
• Edge depth - 35 mm with generous 10 mm radius
• Larger than you might think, designed to maximize recruitment and connective tissue stiffness while being extremely comfortable
• Available 5 mm and 10 mm inserts to decrease edge depth (e.g. a 10 mm insert makes the edge depth 25 mm)
• Symmetric - can be used with either hand by changing the position of the quick adjust cord slider
• Full customization available to fit your exact finger lengths, hand width, and training preferences
Customization
• Should you customize? The default HV and LV sizes are optimized for the vast majority of people; if you're unsure, go with a default HV or LV
• But if you know exactly what works for you and want control over all the details, send over hand measurements and customization requests with your order
• Options include but not limited to:
• Edge height and width for each finger (measurement guide)
• Edge depth (default 35 mm)
• Edge radius (default 10 mm)
• Custom engraving on the back of the edge
