The MonoEdge is a compact single-finger trainer designed for focused strength and rehab. Inspired by the simplicity of the mono pocket, this tool helps climbers build finger isolation strength and safely return from finger injuries.
The MonoEdge has a 20 mm depth and features two radii for varied grip intensity, a 4 mm rounded edge for a comfortable warm-up or rehab hold, and a 1 mm edge for progressive training or testing finger strength.
Lightweight and portable at just 31g (including rope), the MonoEdge is easy to take anywhere, from the home wall to the crag to the gym.
